The Spring City is a three bedroom, two bath log home with 2,050 sq ft on two levels. The main level of the home is 1,292 square feet, and upper clocks in at 758 feet. It has a wrap around porch with a very livable floor plan. This includes the private Master Suite on the upper level, a full laundry room and mud room on the main level, and an attached two car garage with entrance through the mudroom.
This home is shown with a full, true chink log wall system which uses our solid log spacer technology with state-of-the-art chinking for additional insulation and a more traditional log home look. It can be built with a variety of log wall systems and corner combinations as most of our other models. The Spring City can have a fully exposed beam system, or a more economical, conventionally framed roof and second floor system for the budget conscious, or those not interested in as much exposed wood in their homes.
