The Freedom Log Home was created to maximize on basic living area while still providing a nice open feel. This was accomplished by using a cathedral ceiling and decorative heavy timber beams, as well as using lots of glass.
This model can be quickly made ready to move, should the need arise, and the optional porch can be configured to be detachable. If freedom from a mortgage, gas and high electric bills are a goal, this might be the model for you.
Solar panels and a well would allow this to be an almost bill-free home. This model also makes a killer starter home, and can be configured as a guest house for the future, should you decide to build a larger home. Hard to go wrong with this one!
