Our Office Locations : We Live Where We Work, and We Love Where We Live
Our office locations could not be better! Given the scenic nature and rich history of East Tennessee, we feel truly blessed to be living and working here.
Our family has profound roots (pun intended) in what we feel is a very fitting history in Cades Cove and the Great Smoky Mountains. Our descendants moved to this area in the late 1800s.
Nathan Sparks, born Jan 22, 1828, moved into the Cades Cove area of East Tennessee and married Eliza Jane Potter in 1852. They settled in what is now Cades Cove and had family in the exact location until the government officially forced the area to be a state park. More can be found in “The Cades Cove Story” by A. Randolph Shields. This short, exciting e-book is available on iTunes. (Just in case you are bored or history buff!)
We live where we work and sell proudly in Maryville, Tennessee, just south of Knoxville, TN!
So from our point of view, our office locations couldn’t be placed in a better area. We also have a model home under construction here beside our main drafting office.

Do you have log homes at your office that we can tour?

Thanks for contacting us! We do not have a model at our main office location. We can usually find a similar home near us which we can take a look at after approval from the homeowner. We are in the process of building a model at our drafting office, but it will be a little while before this is completed.

Do you now have a model home at your sites? We are hoping to build a log home in Arkansas in thr guture. Also, are your homes kits

We have a model in the dry here now, but the inside isn’t finished yet. We are doing things as we have time and it has been busy. We provide kits and also help with local contractors to complete construction, should you need. Just let us know if you need any additional info.
